Snow and the Renegade - Detroit Area

Hey everyone!! Looking for reviews on your Renegade handled the snow. I am in the Detroit Metro Area, and have been thinking about getting the 2015 Latitude/4x4/1.4L/6speed. How did your Renegade do? Let me know, and please include your engine/trans/driveline for reference. Thank you

I have the 9 speed auto and the larger engine but mine has done well in the snow. I had snow about up to the under carriage and didn't have issues that a little back/forth couldn't solve

My GF drives the Toaster more than I do. She said it handled the recent snow just great. She had to go around other vehicle that were stuck in the snow on the road. No problems, no issues.
14 & Jefferson area.

I am not in Detroit but just had a 10inch snow storm in Colorado. This is the morning after at -2. I traded my FJ Cruiser for the Renegade Trailhawk and I satisfied with the performance in Ice and Snow.

I just posted some impressions I've had after driving my !.4T 6-spd Renegade on a winter trip through the mountains, here:

These TrailHawks Love the SNOW!!

The Jeep does great in the snow, sadly this year no real snow. Although last year had a few time when the snow was over the bumper and I had no issues. Mine is a latitude model 2.4l and at the time had the stock tires on the vehicle. It does great in the snow.

I live in Grand Rapids and have already received several inches, The Renegade has done fine but next year I will get snow tires because they make a huge difference.
2016 Latitude 4x4 2.4L, it's already been to Detroit for fun in the city, Detroit Princess, eastern market and great polish markets and restaurants! Greek too!
