Hi there. First post here. Just got my 2016 Jeep Renegade TH in alpine white yesterday. I've noticed lots of talk of people here in the states getting there trucks delivered with Goodyear tires. Mine has Falken Wildpeak H/T tires in 215/65R17. Falken doesn't even list this size as an available size for the Wildpeak H/T's on their site. Jeep should have gone with a 225/65/17 tire, Which Falken offers in the same model. After reading several different posts on here, I take it that 225/65/17 A/T tires will fit the stock rim and ride height with no issues? not planning on raising the vehicle or anything. Thanks for any info, and look forward to having some fun in my new TH when I move out to Wyoming in a few weeks!

So I suppose I will dangle a little bait to begin the showcase of my own tire modification on my TH. The size was not my first choice. But the tire model was tops in my list, and the price was a mere $25 each (super closeout plus employee discount at the dealer at which I work)

That looks great. I have been looking at these tires for my TH. Everyone says the BFG are heavy and so on but I don't think its going to be a big deal. Don't get me wrong, I like the YOKOgeo that everyone is fitting but the BFG is one mean mother. I like it.

I'm sorry I am new to this. Can you suggest a more aggressive wider tire that will fit my new 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk 4x4, without any modification? Thank you.

Thumbs up a few questions for the fitment gurus

So i have laying around a set of rims and tires and was wondering if they might be able to be fit and work on my renegade trailhawk.

The tires are yoko geolanders in 205-70-15 and the rims are 15x7 5x100 +15. Now with such a big offset (already 25mm) what size spacers can/should i run? Now I have heard of people fitting a 15" rim to the renegade, you just have to grind down the caliper a little.
And If id need to buy new wider tires to help, im not opposed to buying a wider tire, but i would love to run this rim on my BU. Any input or advice if welcome and appreciated. Thanks for reading!

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif.—Sumitomo Rubber North America Inc.’s Falken-brand Wildpeak H/T01A 2 light truck/SUV tire has been selected as the OE tire fitment for the 2017 Jeep renegade Trailhawk.

The tire—in size 215/65R17— features a shoulder specially designed to suit the Trailhawk, according to Sumitomo. It is fitted to the Trailhawk at FCA Group’s car assembly plant in Melfi, Italy.

“The pairing of our Wildpeak H/T01A 2 with the Jeep Renegade makes a perfect combination for the vehicle’s driving experience,” said Rick Brennan, executive director of marketing for Falken. “We are confident this alignment will produce a successful partnership for both of our industry-leading brands.”

The 2017 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk fitted with H/T01A 2 tires is available now, Falken said.
