I think people are mixing roof racks and roof rails up! It's not the same! I am also looking for roof rails and it's super hard to get! If anyone knows of any aftermarket secret that would fit let me know! Otherwise I have to go tru the dealer

I decided to get the Aeroblade Edge vs the standard Aeroblade that the dealer ordered for a smoother look.

Crossbars

OK, finally found a pair of crossbars (adjustable) with locks and 4 mounting feet and it fits my transition perfectly. I found on ebay for less than $40 with free shipping and they really look great on the vehicle. Made of aluminum. Ebay listing was Adjustable Aluminum Roof Top Rack Cross Bars Crossbars W/ Lock & Mounting Kit. I really did not want to pay the Thule price, so my quest to find acceptable crossbars led me to these bars and I am thoroughly happy with them. Very easy to install on transition rails and very sturdy once installed. Hope this helps someone.

Do you have any pictures to share? Any crazy wind noise to report? I want to get a pair of crossbars, but the $350 price has me holding off a bit. Like you, I'd probably jump at a cheap pair even if they are just trials for me to see how much I actually want to use them and upgrade to a better pair!

Hi, as per your request please find various photo angles. No noticeable wind noise, as crossbars are aero design, so noise should be bearable. Like you, this is why I purchased these rails. They are good quality and fit the luggage rack bars just fine. John

Look good to me! I ordered a set as $39.95 to the door makes them definitely worth a try. Now both Jeeps can be used for our canoe trips.

Hope you are as happy with them as I am with mine. I tried and returned 6 different sets of crossrails which did not fit and I was lucky enough to find the eBay ones which fit fine and the quality was decent as well. Good luck with yours and hopefully we have found crossbars which will satisfy owners who do not want to pay the high price of other recommendations.

Awesome! Thanks for uploading the pictures. You have me sold on a pair. For $40, why not? Thanks again.

I wasn't able to find any in black, but you can paint them black yourself at that price point. Once my Trailhawk gets here I plan on buying a set and plasti-dipping them black.
