Longblock Replacement

Hi all, my first post here. Has anyone seen the latest TSB 09-008-16 regarding engine vibration calling for a Longblock replacement? This seems kind of alarming to me, can't find any info on this matter and curious if this has been done by anyone on here.

You do realize that short block and long block refer to how populated with parts they are. Biggest difference is a short block needs the cylinder head(s) and a long block already has them installed.

Glad that got cleared up as was said 4 cyli. 8 cyl that's the terminology. Has anyone experienced this vibration? The thought of replacing my engine at the dealer freaks me out ten fold!
