Remote Start not working after oil change and tire Fix

Renegade 2016. Its my wifes. She uses her remote start a lot. Never had a issue, we bought it new. Brought it to the Dealer for oil change and to fix a tire with a screw in it. Since we have it back, remote start no longer works. Dealer must of done something... is there something i can check to see if there is a way to turn it on or off so I dont have to bring it back?

Thanks!

Is there a valet switch that they may have turned off for safety reasons.

They haven't just disabled it with the switch by the parking brake switch, have they?
And is the battery in tip-top condition? The auto-start switches itself off when the battery gets low...

What switch is that? Battery should be in very good shape, its only 3 years old. Only has 18k miles.

If it was a dealer installed option they usually put the valet switch on the driver's side kick panel. Also open the hood. You should see a metal pin, that the hood closes onto, make sure the wire is attached.

Thanks! I found the switch you meant. Unfortunately it was not this issue. But it could of been.

I can only assume you mean the panel that is to the right hand side of the gas pedal (edit for spelling) . I took that off, and did not see anything that looked like a switch unfortunately.

Thanks! We did try the spare, but that also isnt working. I guess it could be the battery, but i would think a new cars battery, would last more than 32 months. Possible though.
