1.4T w manual. I love it as I'm expressway driving always. Strong on acceleration, especially when up to speed in 4th and 5th.

On mountainsides, I think shifting would get old but I'd still be able to choose the shift points. Auto may make sense but I'd be at the mercy of FCA tranny programming. It'd be searching all the time for the right gear with 9 speeds.

Tough choice. Would you get Satellite? Can you get decent FM reception?

Lemme guess...
You also go to KFC and complain that they don't sell Big Macs...

The OP is asking about Renegades, not Fords. And I bet a Chevy owner would call you out on your mistake in buying a Ford...

Ouch, you called the Renegade a car. Last I looked, Ford made cars also.

Is that a 16 slot grill on your arm 😂 you just mad because someone convinced you to put that tattoo on and now it won't cone off.I have a renegade and it is not a good car and jeep has the worst customer service that is what I am saying. I own a renegade and I am in the renegade forum where I should be and I own another vehicle. Out of both I would not recommend the renegade plain and simple

Hilarious...
That tat is a Willys MB grill...which has 9 slots...The original "Jeep". Modern Jeeps have 7. You know so much about Jeeps, thought you'd know that... "16 slots".....learn how to count.

I'm a former Marine, was in Motor Transport and drove Deuce and a half and real military Jeeps. Am I mad about that tattoo ? Hardly. Proud is a better word.

But nice try at trying to insult me. You failed miserably.

Agree with Mud Pie, OP asked about Renegades, not Fords. I won't mention I have a SBC in my CJ7.

So far, we are loving our 18 Altitude. 1.4, 4wd. Would I take it places I've taken my CJ? No.
