Radio / Uconnect issues
Has anyone seen this problem?
I bought a new 2018 Jeep Renegade Limited on Feb 28, 2019, and immediately have had intermittent issues with my radio and Uconnect.
The service manager said the radios are "glitchy," but cannot find the problem, despite it being in the shop over 10 times, over the past 4 months.
Issue: about once a week, or so, I have no Sirius XM radio, navigation, compass, Uconnect, or connection to my iPhone (so no ability to talk on the phone, play my music, etc, and occasionally, I don't even have am or fm radio. It will last the whole day, and then, the next day when I start the car, it all works fine.
I have already used up 4 of the 6 months of my free sirius subscription, and it is maddening.
The service people opened a case with Chrysler engineering, to no avail.
