History
With a bunch of love for my wife's deserthawk, I posted a want to buy ad in the marketplace forum. During the duration of the posting, I found a 6 speed renegade that met my most important criteria on carmax, which was the cold weather package with the 6 speed. However, it was lacking the power mysky and jungle green I had hoped to find. I shipped the car out only to find rust upon inspection. Carmax refunded my money, and I resumed my search. After a few days of searching, I realized I hadn't checked my posting to this forum in a while. By a stroke of luck, a member had posted a day before that he had an 100% match of the vehicle I was looking for: a jungle green Renegade 75th with a 6 speed, cold weather package, power mysky, and as a bonus, uconnect 6.5 with nav. I scrambled to connect with him, and began emailing back and forth. He worked with me for over a month to make the sale happen. I flew to Chicago, and had the car shipped back to California.
