Customer statement of problem:

Concern #1 Customer States vehicle has stalled 4 times in the last two weeks.

Happened a few times when reversing and once on the road. After it stalled, went to start it and it would crank slow.. not start. Waited about 5 minutes and it would start again.]

1 -- Cause/Action to Take

GC - Check for codes P032F present stored. Check for TSB or STAR information, none available. Software is up to date. Road tested no issues found.

Chrysler is aware of this issue and engineering is currently working on a solution.

SO QUESTION KNOWING THIS WHY ISN’T THERE A RECALL❓❓❓❓

They’re GOING TO KILL OR SERIOUSLY INJURE SOMEONE😡🤬

Gah this is annoying. Did they check for P032F and didn't find it, or did they check for codes and found P032F. If so, that's an error and it is not operating as designed.

But as for why no recall, there aren't enough incidents to justify a buy back, and there is no fix yet to recall for remedial action. So no recall. Keep the documentation, should they never issue a recall, but only a TSB when you are out of warranty, you have proof of complaint while under warranty. Also, if you stall out and get in an accident. The print out is your proof that your service center and by association stellantis, claim it is operating fine and this is normal and intentional. Which means that it's their fault if it causes injury.
