1 set of keys

I have not purchased a new car in a long time so I am curious if its normal to just receive one set of keys? I can't say I have ever lost a set before, but anything is possible. I don't have the remote entry or push start, just the good ole fashion ignition.

I bought a 2012 Focus brand new with 2 keys and we just bought a Grand Cherokee in December that had 2 keys.

You should receive two. If you did not, check the user manual in the glove box for the second and/or make it clear to the dealer that you are missing one.

Family had a 2011 soul and 2013 focus, both came with two sets of keys, and at least the soul kame with a tab with the key code on it.
Thanks for the replies. I will call the dealer for sure and get one. I don't see any spare keys anywhere.
You should have two keys. Mine had two key "fobs."
As a kind of dumb question, what's the small plastic thing attached to my key fob that looks like either like a magnet or a watch battery?
Every vehicle we get in has 2 keys. We actually have to check if it has 2 keys before the truck driver leaves.

Make sure you get 2 keys. IF they lost it, they should replace it.
