So I took my girl in for 10k service today. A couple things to note. They rotated my tires and in doing so noticed the front rotors are grooved. This shouldn't be happening at 10k miles. They've ordered new rotors and pads for the front but they are on back order.

They also notified me that there were 7 flashes for her.

Abrasive dirt could have gotten embedded in the front brake pads. Then you get grooves. Got pictures of the groovy rotors?
