Mine is a year old at 16000.
Unscheduled work has been the ledgendary Sat Nav problems. Then speaker went all distorted on passenger side so new speaker fitted under warranty. Same visit the parking sensors at the front were playing up, turned out to be the number plate fitted by original dealer had screws too central that caused the outer edge of the plate to bend outwards and affect the sensors. Two screws fitted ;-)

New member here!
I'm at about 65,000miles now and still running strong.
4days after I bought Hodor (2016 white 75th anniversary latitude) had to get it towed back to the dealership, all the check lights were on no A/C, electrical components were wack and wouldn't give me speed. They had it for 2 whole weeks and finally got it running again. They told me it was system updates to the car...

About 2yrs in my MySky panel wouldn't close took it to the dealership and it just needed some lube and its good now.

About 3yrs in 60K mile mark had to get a new battery.

Overall he runs well and takes me about 60miles a day commuting!

2.4L Latitude, Just hit 20,000 miles. Bought brand new just 15 miles and have had it for 9 months. I've had no issues of any kind. After 2nd week of having it I redone the entire intake system ( different materials, different filter (cone) and routed it for colder air) no issues.

3.5 years and 34,000 miles later its been in the dealer over 10+ times. Keep note that I have the Lifetime Chrysler/Jeep Warranty.

Subwoofer replaced 3 times (2016,2017,2018)
Engine mounts replaced 3 times (late 2018, early 2019, mid 2019 when engine was replaced because the idiots didn't switch it out and the engine and transmission was shaking badly after I drove it off the lot)
A whole new engine/alternator and fuze link that sits on top of the battery (mid 2019)
Driver side window switch panel replaced 2 times (late 2018)
-the second time they ripped the door panel leather, had to fight them to replace it

(all of these were covered with my Lifetime Warranty $100 deductible each visit)

Now the more recent things
Both back door panel leather trims have been bubbling up (nobody has ever sat in those back seats)
-Dealer said Jeep won't let them cover the panels for $100 deductible so they are loopholes it by making me pay 150$ for 4 synthetic oil changes and the doors are included (not too bad)

Leather on the steering wheel at 12 o clock mark has been flaking off.
-Dealer said they cant cover it

On my way back to the dealer last week to get my jeep back after the door panels were replaced, the Sunroof was stuck open and won't close.
-Dealer said motor could be the issue but if its the rails its not covered and its a $400 labor fee to take the headliner and sunroof apart to see the issue.

Ive now escalated this case to Jeep themselves. Waiting on a callback today.
As much as I love my 2016 Trailhawk, this past year has been way to many issues and visits to the dealership. I bought the lifetime warranty because I was planning on keeping this jeep for as long as possible but it seem like this MaxCare Lifetime from JEEP themselves warranty dosnt really cover anything...

It has been costing me way to much to fix this jeep with manufacture issues that I didn't cause and its STILL not covered under warranty.

They'll always say "yea it should be covered", and then a inspector comes by and says it isn't the next day...

I am not familiar with this particular extended warranty, but I have dealt (from the dealer/service manager side) with several other brands of these. It has always been a deal where the factory bumper to bumper warranty is just that. But the extended warranties always have lots of disclaimers about exactly what is and is not covered. And in my experience, those variations in coverage are never explained quite as clearly up front as we would like. I hope they can make things right for you.

Been quite a while since I have been to forum. I just wanted to post that my 2019 Renegade Sport has passed the 12,000 mile mark the other day. Have not had to take Jeep in for any warranty service since owning it. Have not had 1 single issue with it to this point, been happy with it since purchasing it.
