My fiance noticed his 2015 renegade trailhawk is difficult (almost impossible) to shift from reverse to park. The button on the knob pulls in when in reverse, as in he can't push it in to release the lock. It will go from reverse to drive or neutral with no problem. Even when in neutral or drive, pushing the knob up to park hangs up in the reverse slot but it does go into park. The transmission itself seems fine, no clunks, grinding, whining. Its just the knob hanging up in the reverse slot. Any ideas?
