Yes, US gallon = 3.78 litres Canadian gallon = 4.54 litresDidn't read detailed enuf to know if this was covered but I seem to remember the Canadian gallon ( imperial gallon?) is bigger than the us gallon.
Yes, but I did the math converting form liters to us gallons. To the best of my knowledge, a liter is a liter everywhere, even in Canada.Didn't read detailed enuf to know if this was covered but I seem to remember the Canadian gallon ( imperial gallon?) is bigger than the us gallon.
Ouch, wait according to XE.com's rates, that's $24,934.57 US for the trailhawk....Jim McKenzie from the Toronto Star posted his review and the prices in CDN $
Sport 4x2—$19,995; Sport 4x4—$25,995;
North 4x2—$25,995; North 4x4—$27,495;
Trailhawk 4x4—$30,995; Limited 4x4—$31,995.
Don't even bother trying to use currency conversion to figure out vehicle prices here in Canada... we've been getting shafted (to one degree or another) for years.Ouch, wait according to XE.com's rates, that's $24,934.57 US for the trailhawk....

^ Where are you in Canada? That price is just ridiculous! While I'm not interested in an automatic, I can't believe going without an auto is going to make that much of a price difference when it comes to what I want.My dealership just got back to me. For a Sport with air and auto and 4x4 its going to cost 29,285 plus tax. That is just crazy! NO THANKS! I hate to see what the Trailhawk would cost.
Sport model 4x2 starts at 19,995 CAD plus freight which is 1695 where l am, A/C is a ridiculous 1495 plus the 100 air tax. In my opinion Jeep has out priced themselves with this vehicle!
That's comical. It sounds like a "hey we've got a new model arriving on the lots so we can screw over everyone who wants to get one first!" deal.My dealership just got back to me. $1650 - $1700 is the Freight and PDI charge for almost anything here in Canada.Yes that is Canadian priced. I know the sales guy and he even said they were not expecting that kinda of price at all. If you get auto then you have to get the 2.4l engine which puts it up. I really don't understand why A/C isn't standard and our destination fee is 1695! compared to the U.S where l believe is 999. This is way overpriced for the average worker, at least l think. Im just going to keep driving my old car, I guess its a waiting game
