Hello all. I just bought a 2017 Renegade Latitude last week. This weekend I noticed that if I am trying to accelerate from a stopped position, it hesitates, almost like it isnt shifting gears properly. I notice a lot of posts with a similar problem. I have an appointment next week to have it looked at, anything I can say to point them in the right direction? I didnt buy this from a Jeep dealer and the said they would hook up their stuff to read codes at that maybe it needed an update.

My 2020 Trailhawk has the same problem. I took it to the dealer and they said the transmission was fine but logged it in case I have more transmission problems.

get a chip , will clean that problem up
