One came to my household. I think it's based on credit profile because although I'm the one who signed up for news from Jeep it was my sister who had been car shopping for awhile whose name was on it. I mentioned it at the dealership without having in hand and they honored it. I didn't even end up financing through Chrysler Financial but they gave it to me anyway.Any idea how to get one of these coupons? I've done the Camp Jeep thing, test drive, and even signed up months ago for updates for the Renegade and haven't gotten diddly.
It's from the website I had signed up months ago with interest in this car and it came. However if you mention it most dealers will honor itI mentioned in my previous post that I had received some incentives the coupon that was mailed to me was physical and was via postal service. They're probably just happy to have sold one without wanting to get more out of you.One came to my household. I emailed Jeep about it and they said it's simply a non-randomized coupon sent to a select demographic of people. Some signed up for updates on the Jeep.com website, others may have simply been looking around for one or even went to a dealership to look at a FCA vehicle.I was told this was a lottery giveaway? Does anyone else find that a very poor way of doing business or is it just me? Rewarding customers, or potential customers, based on a lottery system means someone saves and someone else doesn't based totally on random chance. Not a good way to build loyalty, satisfaction, etc. The lady on the phone wasn't exactly very receptive either to me wondering why the **** I didn't get one.
Both my sister and I signed up for updates and only she received the "coupon". So some part of it does seem random. Also, in Atlanta, they were giving $500 off if you could prove you went to the AutoShow (tickets were only $10 but not one dealer explained this incentive while I was shopping for the car) blehLol. Why did the lady tell me it was random then? What does that even mean? It's random because they selected some demographic and said - ****, why not. Lame.
I also received that coupon. I thought it was sent to Jeep owners to buy another one. Both my sister and I signed up for updates and only she received the "coupon". Interested in knowing this as well. What does the fine print say on these? Can it only be redeemed by the person whose name is on the coupon? I resubmitted all my info to Jeep so I'm hoping I get one in the mail soon.
