Anyone else had this issue ? This morning the alarm on my Renegade went off for no reason. No lights flashed and the alarm went on and off periodically for about 5 minutes. I could not get any response from the keyfob and even when I opened the door with the key I could not stop the alarm. It also would not allow me to start the car (various warning lights). When the alarm stopped I locked the car and left it for an hour and it has been fine since. Any ideas ?

Yes, I've had this. Get the dealer to update your firmware.

common problem I'm afraid ,quick fix is disconnect then reconnect battery ,then head to the dealer for the software update.happened to me in July at 300 miles ,hasn't recurred since, touchwood !
