Alot of issues with electronics and lights and audio

So I can't get signal for connecting to xmradio. Interior lights I've replaced lights and they don't want to really work for some reason. Stereo twist volume knob won't really turn up volume. Then I also have a problem with it hard shifting. Replaced the plugs and it still hard shifting. Then let's get into tires it currently has 225/55R18 size tires but seeing if 225/60R18 can be used with the same rims that I have and will there be any issues if using this size tires
