(The Deserthawk is mine in pictures below) I was thinking about getting the tube doors for the summer, but I still want to be able to listen to my music. Do you know of a permanent interior speaker bar/ alternative speakers that I can put in?

There is a member on here ( I do not know his handle) that has the tube doors with a marine speaker mounted to them. I also know the rear doors are on back order.

That’s wild, yo! I was also going to suggest marine speakers. But where to install them eludes me. Perhaps mounting them in/on the headliner in a way that doesn’t allow them to rattle.

The more I think about these tube doors, the more I want to remove the doors fully (like my old Wrangler). Now I’m in the same predicament as you are with mounting new speakers. Will be following this thread closely for ideas!

I came across this thread regarding removing the doors and apparently you won’t be able to play music if you remove the rear doors (it still plays music with the front doors off)...

Crutchfield may have an array of options. Like headrest speakers, etc. Personally, I’d just make the rear cig outlet full-time and plug in a bluetooth boom box. Strap it down! This is all in theory of course
