I bought my Lattitude in January. The radio worked until I drove it away. Another dealer ordered a replacement antenae after they figured it was damaged when installed. Waited 3 months for part to come in. Just had it installed--get FM only; no AM

Should I expect more?

Argghh!

If you pick it up on other radios, yes, you should be getting the same stations. Without knowing where you are in the world, can't say much beyond that.
