Could someone please confirm what this colour looks like in the UK. Is it more of a gray or more of a burnished blue

The answer is YES, it is highly dependent on lighting, it is more to the bluish in light and more to the gray in shade. Therefore, on standard overcast days in the UK it will seem more gray, sorry, grey.
