My wife and I ordered a Limited 4x4 and a TH on 4/19, as of yesterday both are still in JB status. Been that way for a month or so. We've been calling the Jeep customer service number every Sunday to check status updates, they seem to get info a few days earlier than the dealer. Edit: both have power MySky

I did see another user posted that theirs came in with power my sky last week.
Mine has been JB for over two weeks...seems crazy to be at that status for that long....let alone a month.
Doesn't even take the average car that long to be built. I get lead time...but once in assembly pretty quick.
Guess those Italians take allot of coffee breaks.

Hello, ordered back in April. Still waiting. I was wondering if anyone started to get the MySky option yet.
My dealership told me on thursday that my TH is on its way across the atlantic to halifax. I googled how long it will take and it said 4 days. Talked to another member who said his renegade is in halifax waiting for my shipment so they can train it together. Takes about 16hrs to train from halifax to toronto where it will then take a truck to windsor. My renegade should be here this week. I will post tons of photos and videos.

I've decided the status codes on the Renegade are nothing like the other Chrysler products. Mine made it across the Atlantic but is still in JB so I'd say JB is something it sits in between build and delivery.

I agree with Foobar. The codes are just not accurate. I am also in JB & mine is on a ship somewhere! Or, maybe it's arrived already.... who knows!

I can only hope that is the case with mine.
This does however to be a poorly thought out launch by FCA.
Some dealers taking custom orders others not.
Some saying no My Sky till 2016 models....while people had custom orders accepted and being built with them.
Dealers seeming less informed of product then a general person looking to buy.
No way to even get a estimated ETA....and things staying in codes for things like JB while it is on a ship somewhere in Atlantic.

I have no idea how a dealership is run/operated, but if I owned one, I would have a dedicated salesperson for each make, that would be assigned to be on a forum to stay current with what is happening out there with "us".... their customers. It would only help business & increase sales if they were more up on what is occurring. I would be Embarrassed as an owner if people were coming in off the streets & knew more than my dealership...

I would think they are given training of some sort. I've seen videos of corporate folks going to dealerships and showcasing the new vehicle to dealership personnel. The forum has one or more members that own (or work at) a dealership so I am sure they can chime in to answer how it is done.

I know right? When I went to test drive a TH in April the sales guy couldn't tell the difference between the trims and started walking over to a Sport. Then when he was asking about colors I was interested in I could tell he was not familiar with them. I told him my second choice was Mojave Sand and he thought I was talking about the interior.
How can they not learn about what is currently on their lots?

Anyways sorry to go off topic - hope everyone's ship comes in really soon! :D

Wahoo! I just got notice from my dealership today that mine is now in KZ (in transit) status! When I called the 1-877-I AM JEEP number they were able to tell me that they expected delivery to the dealership on 6-23! I hope they are accurate! My actual date of order was 4-8-15 from Celina, Ohio! I ordered a loaded Latitude (with retractable MySky) because I wanted Orange!

My dealer said her goal was to know as much about the Renegade as I did by the time it came in!

Mine is KZKT...never seen that exact code listed...but supposedly at dealer first week of July.
I am hoping earlier...
Coming to Halifax, then Concord ON, then to my dealer.

I don't think FCA did greatest job on dealer education on this one...
