When making a call, I am prompted to "Say the number of ...." to select the recipient. Whenever I say, "One," Uconnect dials 411, for which I am charged over THREE DOLLARS for directory assistance every time. Is there a way to avoid this and still utilize hands free calling? The option to select a number isn't a touch screen choice.

I'd try connecting another phone, a friend or family to your Jeep and try again. The issue may be a setting in your phone and not the Uconnect. It's possible your phone has speed dial "One" set as calling 411.

Is 411 stored in any of your contacts?

You can just say the name of the person who's number you have stored in your phone contacts and which are then seen by Uconnect.

From memory you should be able to touch select the contact number if you have more than one for the person you are trying to call.
