Please help. I'm looking for who I can contact to get buildup information. I have contact jeep cares canada, and they said to contact my dealer, dealer just says shouldn't be much longer. Will jeep cares USA be able to give me information on my build?:crying::crying:

Hello Eeyore1839, what province you are, I have the same problem as you. I contact Chrysler Canada and refer to my dealer. My dealer is not very cooperative to give me the status of my Renegade manufacturing.

What date did you order your vehicle?

Whitengade15, I'm in Toronto, I placed my order in May. I know it hasn't been very long, but all I want to know is where in the build process the vehicle is. Dealer is no help

Thank you, for the info, Ive got the same problem, If I find some hint to know the status of our build in Canada I give you some news.

I order my Renegade may 23th.

I am also in the Toronto area.
Here's my timeline, if its any help
Ordered on April 6th
Built by May 27th
Released from Melfi June 15th
Will be shipped by rail June 28th
ETA delivery date July 7th or sooner I hope

Maybe try sending JeepCares (member on this forum) a PM with your VON see if he can help you out

Mine as well is coming around July 7th.
My dealer was actually pretty good in getting me the codes.
FCA itself didn't really seem to update them the best...as was in JB (body vendor) for like 3 weeks...
Meanwhile it was making its way across the Atlantic.
I ordered in Mid-March...but I could have likely ordered in mid-April and got same del.
I think they were doing a run of MySky...after other runs...so had to wait to get slotted for that.
Everyone who ordered back in Mar-April seems to be getting around same time.
Also from what I have seen of Dealer inventory...they seem to get new stuff around beginning of every month.
So if yours wasn't in the early July to dealer...would hazard will be early Aug.

I ordered my trailhawk in Vancouver around the start of June. I was told I'd be waiting till at least mid October.

Also in the Toronto area... I called 1-877- I AM JEEP ( found the # here on the forum) last night and gave them my VON ( no VIN) yet. They will give you an update I am in BX status ...approved waiting to be scheduled. They were very nice and it only took a few minutes and invited me to call back next week for an update.
