OK I have had my car for a month now and thought I would get something from Jeep Canada if only a letter. Apparently our US friends are getting keychains and information packets. Do we have to register for this or something. You would think when you buy the car and the dealer registers you for warranty Jeep Canada would contact you. Please reply if you received anything and how long it took.

Apparently there are only 3 people in Ontario that have a Renegade. Based on that fact and the high level contacts I have I will make sure to keep you in the loop about this. Whatever I get I will make sure you will get as well. Thanks for the reply.

No, I think it may be done differently in Canada. I have seen U.S. folks get swag like key chains. I got a MOPAR cap, but the dealer gave it to me. I honestly don't expect anything from Jeep Canada, I received all my books and the DVD and I got a cap.... It would be a nice gesture, however.

Have you gotten your vehicle yet? I ordered mine May 27th and am still waiting! Was told it got into Halifax Sept 22 how long does it take to get to Toronto! Honestly yesterday was week 18! And the dealership told me it would be 6-8 weeks.

ordered mine end of june, so about 1 month later than you, got an email a week ago saying it will arrive at the dealership mid November, they said it takes about a week to get it from the East coast where it ports to Toronto. So if it does arrive in November that will be about 4.5 months for me. The dealership originally quoted me 3 months for the whole build and delivery... but they said it was very unpredictable and FCA Canada doesn't get the same support / updates that FCA US gets, so i was in the dark the whole time until it was ready to ship.

I've been lucky cuz I have a friend in Head Office Canada so they have been able to look into the status of my car for me. But it still has been such a rediculohs wait! My friend checked into it last week and was told it would be another 2 weeks so that will have been a month now since it's been in the East Coast. The entire waiting process has been so ridiculous. I got the trailhawk and if I wasn't so excited about this car I would of moved on by now! But I have been waiting for this car since before they even had it in Canada and had only released it over seas. Hopefully I'll get it in 2 weeks but not holding my breath since there seems to keep being delays.

I live in Regina Sask, I have a Limited trim package on my Renegade. I have had it now for about 2 months and I am liking it. Good on gas, no issues with anything. I think I am the only one in the city that has one cause I haven't seen not a one...lol. Peace out and stay cool.

I live in Angus Ontario near Barrie Ontario. I bought my Renegade 4x4 North from the dealership in Orangeville in September off the lot. I only received a letter from Chrysler Canada thanking me for the purchase. I updated the uconnect software myself . I now have 8800KM on it with no problems. Russ

I bought my TH in late October and recently received a welcome packet. It didn't really contain anything of value so I threw it out.
