Anyone know what the weight capacity of the cargo floor panel is in the top setting. Wife wanted to haul 5 full five gallon water bottles , and without any center support under it I was leary of the weight.

It can support a tent, grill, 2 rubber totes full of stuff, a cooler full of beer and ice, another 12 pk of Fosters oil cans, a case of water, and other camping gear with no problems. 25gal of water isn't going to be an issue

25 Gal water = approximately 210 Lbs

I kept a 30 pound (empty, btw) 55qt cooler loaded with ice in my cargo area for weeks, I would think the water bottles shouldn't be a huge issue.

If you're really worried, you can split the weight of them between the backseat as well, or just put the seats down and take the cargo panel out.

With the setup in a trailhawk with the full size spare under the floor, I wouldn't sweat it. I was able to perch back there and not have much issues and I'm well over the weight of the 25 gallons of water and was probably less distributed. With any of the other configurations? Dunno.

pretty much what everyone else said lol that weight should be no problem at all, i currently have 2 gallons back there plus a slew of other stuff and gear for work ( I'm a firefighter so i live out my jeep basically) should be fine

Can anyone post pics of the cargo floor panel in the upper raise area position. Im curious if there would be enough space underneath to put the mysky panels underneath it in the raise position. Or buy an addition cargo floor panel to put in the higher slot position.

I believe the MySky panels will fit as long as you don't have a full size spare.
