I haven't seen if Gobi has one yet, but I really like the XTray from Rhion-Rack:

Looks pretty cool but will it fit? The Renegade standard roof rack? The web site doesn't tell you much.

Went with a 44x35 U-Venture on top of a set of Ares bars

I am wanting a basket rack myself. But i need something that lays as low and flush as possible. I have 76 inches of clearance in my garage so its cutting it close

With just the bars, not bad at all actually... I was expecting even more noise after tossing the cage on top, but I swear it actually got quieter - not sure how that makes sense,

MPGs haven't moved either - though I'd say 95%+ of my driving is city. I'm pretty steady at 21-23mpg.
