I have a 2015 Renegade. I just had the clutch burn up at 57,002 miles. Seems premature with very low miles to me. I have been driving a manual for 10 years now and never had an issue this quickly with a clutch. Is this a known issue or something one off? Not covered by warranty and obviously not driveable. Any advice?

W E L C O M E ! ! ! to the forum.

The clutch is a weak link for the manual transmission Renegades.
Recommended to upgrade when replacing the clutch to get a longer service life and better holding power.

I just bought the same vehicle except 2016 and it has 47,000 miles. It's still at the dealership after 3 weeks and the day I was coming to look at it the clutch went out. I didn't realize it was this common of an issue. I just thought the last owner didn't know how to drive a manual well. So I said alright I'l get it if you guys sign off that this and any other issues I find will be fixed. Now I'm losing faith in that year of Renegade after seeing all the complaints. I sure hope I don't have to get it fixed again after this.
