If anyone is buying a Jeep , Chrysler or Dodge in Colorado (Denver area) stay away from the Larry H. Miller Jeep Dealer on 104th. Oh my God they are terrible and the service department is a joke. They are either stupid or just don't care and probably both!!!. Just a warning, enter at your own risk!!! I should have read the dealer reviews before I purchased. Not good, so I do blame myself. Would have been better to make the drive to another dealer.:|

I have to agree with you. The service dept is horrible. Doesn't seem like they know what they are doing, and lack of communication seems to be a big issue. Worst service dept I've ever dealt with..

I ran into the same nonsense when I bought my Rubicon from Centennial Jeep. But I was fortunate to buy my TH from Colorado Chrysler Jeep off of Havana in Aurora. I bought it back in April (4/20 day) and they had the only one in the region. I never got it serviced there but the sales department was decent.

Seems to be a recurring theme here. My salesman was subpar but thankfully the service center at the dealership is very professional.

As far as Larry H. Miller Jeep Dealer on 104th in Colorado Denver area. I have been back 5 times in 4 weeks. It was only one thing in the beginning but when they fix that they broke something else, then when they fixed that they scratched something else, when they fixed that ....... so on and so forth. I dont have time for this crap!!!!!!

Just bought my TH at LHM 2 weeks ago and guess what...they suck! I haven't been to their service department but based on my sales experience and the advice of people in this forum, I'll be looking for a better place to have my service done. Any advice North Denver people?

The problem is that there is nowhere close. Unless your retired and have all day. If you take it to have it service there, just check their work carefully

I will say that I purchased my Renegade there. Nathan G is the Internet Sales Manager, former military, and a fellow Jeeper, he owns a bad ass wrangler. He went so far as to go to OHIO to find me the exact renegade I was looking for and did the best he could numbers wise. I can't speak to their service dept, but Nathan will take care of you.

Well lets hope you never have to take it in for service. The shuttle driver for LHM on 104th, always laughs and says, I see the same people over and over and over.

Real funny unless your one of those people!!!!

He was okay. Yea his Jeep is monster but that didn't seem to improve my experience in any way.
