I placed my order for the renegade trailhawk at the end of May. I called 1-877-426-5337 on June 24 to get any kind of updated they could give. They had told me my order has just entered the build process. Emailed my dealer on July 2 to see if a VIN number had been assigned yet. She has now told me that the 2015 production has stopped and that my order will now be a 2016 model and have another 60 day wait. I'm not sure what is going on, any help will be greatly appreciated. Oh and I'm in ontario canada.:crying::(

Did you learn of any changes for the next year model?

Hmmm.... I ordered a TH on June 1 and just received a VIN last week. Heard nothing about a hold up. But initially, it took a month for me to get a VON from my dealership (hence the reason it was ordered June 1instead of May 1 when I actually ordered it).

I got my VON the dish I ordered the vehicle, when I first called JerpCares they said it was just going into the build process, that was a month after I placed the order. Now my dealer is telling me they have stopped the 2015 and mine will be a 2016. This is why I'm confused, I'm getting 2 different answers. Any help of who to speak to, to get the right answer will be appreciated

I phoned them on Thursday July 2 and they said to contact my dealer because a VIN number would have been assigned. This is when my dealer is now telling me it's a 2016 model and another 60 days wait

Also, If you ordered 2015 & have a 2015 purchase order, & they end up Giving you what's called a 2016, Does that leave you with getting the new 2016 warranty, or will they still honor the 2015 warranty? Anyone know?

I am also in Ontario and ordered my TH early June. I got a VON the day they put the order in. Haven't heard anything about getting a 2016. I think your email to Jeep Canada is probably your best bet right now. I tried calling for an update and they couldn't answer me at all and could only direct me to the dealer. They don't have the same resource that they do in the U.S. which is ridiculous. They did suggest talking to the service manager at the dealer for some reason. Please let us know how it goes with the email.

It has now been 12 days since I posted this message, and still no new information. I signed up at JeepGarage, but nothing has been updated. Emailed JeepCares Canada 3 times and no response. JeepCares USA only helps by saying they see the order, but they can't give me anymore information because I'm in Canada.

Please help anyone!! I know my order date of May 26, isn't very long, I would just like to know how far along the build is.

Sorry, Eeyore1839, I'm in the same situation, except mine was built around 5/8. No update on shipping status or delivery date since 5/28. Commando TH with tow package, leather package, 9 speaker stereo, Power MySky. Milous & JeepCares have been great, but they have limited info (though more than the online chat folks apparently).

Starting to look at Lexus 450h AWD's again... not as much fun & can't do the offroad, but at least they're available.

Hang in there. Hopefully we'll see some movement on our Jeeps soon. I know it's tough not to know exactly what's going on but things should get a move on pretty soon.

mudcatca - the Lexus 450h does look pretty awesome for the size and mpg, but on the other hand it's a CVT and close to double the price. Nice features though - I didn't even know about until your post.

Eeyore, I was *this* close to giving up and shopping for the Lexus, actually started shopping online for one, when I got a PM from JeepCares that my Renny is in San Diego. Whatever is going on with the lack of timely info on shipping status, FCA is still moving the vehicles apparently, and has good folks looking out for its customers in discussion forums like this one. That's pretty cool, man. Hang in there :)
