I'm going to add my $0.02 from my experience. I too had a very slow leak from very early on, if not day one. I too struggled to find it. The answer came with time. The overflow tanks is the source of the problem. It's Just not built properly. Where the top part of the mold and bottom part of the mold are supposed to be fused is slowly separating and leaking. After a point, despite it never getting below minimum, I decided to keep on top of it in the warm weather and keep topping it up to at least the half way point. I now have a bunch of coolant crystals growing at the seam.

Also the tank has changed part numbers at LEAST three times and is still hard to find in stock. I've just ordered a 3rd party replacement, because they can't be worst than the lowest bidder OEM purchasing choice on this apparently.
