A Jeep Renegade Hybrid was announced and shown at the Geneva auto convention.

The review suggests it may be available in the US in 2020 or the 2021 model year. It sounds great. It will continue to have the trail rated version using the electric to power the rear wheels when 4wd is enabled

I can’t wait for it to be available. I should be ready for a new Trailhawk renegade in a year or two. If it adds adaptive cruise control like the Jeep Compass has, it will be absolutely perfect.

many manufacturers are thinking about reducing emissions and preserving the environment. Electric cars are an alternative in this regard. I think this topic will evolve

i wonder how long a battery would last doing heavy back woods trails, rock crawling in the mountains. no chargers out there
