My wife took her 18 renegade, with 12000 miles, into the dealer over 3 weeks ago. After starting the Jeep, every warning light came on. The dealer has replaced an abs sensor and had no luck programming the abs module. They say they need to order a new module. The abs module was supposed to be in 2 weeks ago. The dealer has not called me once. When I call, it takes about 15 to 20 calls to reach the service department. When I do get a service advisor they don't know anything about it and the advisor that does is busy. Has anyone else has issues with warranty work?
