San Diego Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram. Below is the Review I left on Google:
The most you can expect is to be satisfied with your purchase price! DO NOT EXPECT A RETURN CALL IF YOU HAVE A CONCERN! My wife and I paid cash for a new Jeep on the 20th of February 2021. The following day I called the dealership with a concern. Seven weeks later after several more calls, including a complaint to Fiat Chrysler Automobile Group, and STILL no response! I encourage you to take the time to read the one star reviews. The response from management is the same. Every company is going to have issues, what turns an issue into a Five Star review is the Quality of resolution. This dealership doesn't have a clue!
My response to Management reaction to Google review:
...and as I had expected the "response from the owner" was to solicit a call to the SAME telephone number (Message Graveyard). No thanks, I've also learned to remove my hand from a door jam before closing a door.
