TH version, besides the lack of front hooks cos of the regulations in Europe (useless buy politically correct), what did you guys notice about differences between US and European version?

I can't find any excuse for smaller tires for European TH model, cos dealer told me 65 tires are allowed here. They just want us to pay more for less, I guess, and this bring us lower off road capability than USA models.

Here are a few, in addition to the missing Red Tow Hooks.

European version, you can get Xenon lights, US does not.

European version, you can get Glass Sunroof, US does not.

Regarding, "I can't find any excuse for smaller tires for European TH model" I wonder if it is simply the selected supplier they have for the European tyres? You can always go aftermarket.

I come from the VW world (but I did buy a new TJ back in the day). I know that VW includes things for their European cars because of mandates and that these items can be purchased and installed on North American cars.

I'd like to know about things like rear fog lights, safety vests, safety triangles & first aid kits that are probably included with the Euro Renegades.

Safety vests, safety triangles & first aid kits do not from Jeep. My dealer they are free for me. That's service.

I have the U.S. 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk with the My sky power roof and other options and I brought it to Italy. In addition to the 2.4 L 180 HP engine and the small differences others noted, also the taillights and turn signals are different. The U.S. version has red rear turn signals and the European as with all European cars have the amber/yellow turn signal. One other note, the European version costs a lot more.

Where you have two red reflectors in your bumper our off side has a light that is brighter than the rear lights for use in fog.
The nearside is a white reverse light with a thin red reflector round it.

What are rear fog lights? Some type of red/amber tail light to make the Jeep more visible in fog?
In the U.S. they are uncommon. Maybe sometimes you see a European model vehicle (usually an Audi) driving down the road with one taillight (red) brighter than the others - that is a rear fog light. They are typically switched on/off with the front fogs lights.

In Europe (or Denmark at least, don't know if there's also differences within European countries):

Headlights dosn't have the Jeep Logo.

Heated seats and heated steering wheel are standard. I think you need a cold weather package to get that in US.

Rearview camera is not standard, I believe it is in US.

Radio is old fashioned FM. Not even DAB. US version has SiriusXM

Trunk has Tonneau cover in Europe.

No panic button on the key fob in Europe.

I realized that I will have to do some moving around of the lights. The yellow turn signals for the European version are in the middle of the light assembly where the U.S. has the back up lights. I can move the backup lights to the bumper light area and also the rear fog light. It will take some thought, just wondering if anyone has done it?

In the Renegade it's actually two individual switches for front/rear fog light
Interesting. Do you 'furriners' have reflectors elsewhere in the back, besides the thin reflector strip? Pics of the rear fog lights if you would, please.
