Door Side Moldings on the Roof

Hi. I was encouraged by the other post in I was thinking if someone had a regular roof, and wanted to use the cargo capacity of it and the rails, you could lay a strip of tape molding on the 3 or 4 ridges to protect the roof.

This molding I would like to see would be a simple thinner black strip. Luggage, etc would be kept off the paint and may look decent.

I wish someone could Photoshop an example to see how it may look...
