Has anyone gotten this code before? I just replaced sparkplugs, had injectors cleaned, and replaced the fuel pump.

"B" or "P" a Google search suggest P is an engine trouble code. B suggest a body related issue. Good Luck.

B0301 Fiat Auto Trouble Code
B0301 Fiat the main thing to check is to verify the operation of the VCT solenoid. You're looking for a sticking or stuck VCt solenoid valve caused by contamination. Refer to vehicle specific repair manual to perform component tests for the VCT unit.
The VCT solenoid is an electronically controlled valve that is determined by the PCM. Depending on this VCT solenoid position, it allows oil pressure to enter the phaser or keep moving to stop camshaft timing.Nov 21, 2020
