So does anyone know what it means when the case with your vehicle is transferred from the "star" team to the "enhanced customer satisfaction team" my transmission is being replaced as well as a few other reoccurring issues. I got a voicemail from my "star" case manager that my case was transferred with no other explanation..

did you ever find out what that means being transferred to enhanced customer satisfaction mine is now being transferred too
