This wouldn't work initially, but we finally managed to get everything in. Wasn't really happy with the ebike on the bike rack, even on its own. T

This just works. Seats down quilt covering the leather, post the bikes in through the side doors with the bars 180 around to stop the brakes rubbing the head rest and. Bikes are 160mm Focus Jam2 and a 160mm Giant Reign. Just needed the front wheels off which is a result. I have to make a brace to keep them upright, but some carbon tube and 3d printed clamps should sort that out.

there is a possibility that 3 people would fit but it would be snug in the back.

Wow. So those are the front wheels we're looking at, behind the rest of the bikes?

And consider yourself lucky on the storage space. You don't seem to have the full-size spare tire that our 2021 Trailhawk has, which takes up most of the space under the liftback opening.

Here's the two of us going dispersed camping -- having to take our own water and everything:

Sure is a challenge getting recreational equipment into the cramped cargo space in the Renegade... :)

Now that's a lot neater, When I took the photo we had just finished biking and threw everything in there. the win is it fits. We just have the fix and go kit in the back, no spare wheel. the mysky gives a couple of extra inches which is handy as does removing the roof panel bag. Yes, the front wheels are detached and on the outside of both bikes.

We bought a renegade with idea we could both in this way but couldn't get it to work at first. We came from a Merc Vito so space was never an issue, other car is a nissan cube, bikes fit in much easier :)
