OK, there has been a lot of conflicting info here. Is the MySky available or not in the US? Should I just resign myself to the fact that I have to wait for a '16 to get any kind of removable roof? It makes a difference whether I sink money into my dying car and wait, or stick it out and get next year's model.

Hello, as far as I know the Sky roof is not yet available, not sure when. We went ahead and got a siver TH with everything else. Since everytime a dealer had one it was sold before I got there. Found one and so far love it. Thanks from Norm

I've not seen any with it, and from what I've read I don't think anyone else on here has either. It's up to you whether or not to wait, you would avoid any first model year problems that might pop up on you if you did wait. But personally I was skeptical of the mysky, all I could picture was that thing leaking like crazy. But that's just me, good luck in whichever you choose, you've picked a nice ride no matter what?

I seriously doubt there would be any leak issues, especially with the manual version. The thing should be insanely easy to seal; much easier than any normal sunroof.

From what I've heard, August for the MySky, but by that time, 2016's should be available for order, so idk what to do.

At the NY International Auto Show I was told that the MySky would not be available in the US until the 2016 models. Not saying that the guy was 100% in the know or anything like that, but that's what he told me. Said it was due to leaks and every model they had there had the MySky because "we can't sell 'em."

My local dealer, about a week after that when I passed on that info to him said, "Oh, that makes sense. We can't even order them...". I asked when the 2016's would be coming out since I was considering waiting and he said that they would probably come out later since the car was so late in the 2015 year. That might have been his way of trying to get me to buy one now instead of wait, not sure.

My wife & I ordered a 4x4 Limited & a Trailhawk on 4/19, both with MySky, and both the dealer & the 877-426-5337 hotline confirmed our status, mine TH is code JB (shipped to body vendor) & hers is supposed to get shipped out in the next couple of business days.

The MySky is my favorite Renegade feature. It adds a huge fun factor to an already fun ride.

I had a couple test vehicles with it and loved it! If I was in the market for one it would HAVE to have at least manual MySky.

Yep I just ordered my TH with MySky last week. No code yet but dealer told me maybe up to 5 month wait.
