I've been thinking about buy a Renegade. However, I golf, as do both my kids.

I'm wondering how easy it is, if at all to fit golf clubs in the cargo area. Worst case, I suppose I can put one side of the seat down.

Anyone get golf clubs in it yet?

I have a set of golf clubs but have not placed them into the Renny yet. But, I dont think they will fit with out lowering one of the rear sets down.

Just went and measured----The cargo dimensions are roughly 24" x 38". My golf bag with top cover on measures 48". So, with that said you will have to lower the rear seat for them to fit my friend

Hello, Id recommend the 40-20-40 rear seat plus a mat. Thanks Norm

Plus you can bungee cord your bag down nicely with the hooks provided in the cargo area. With one or more seats folded down its flush across too.

And to note, at some autoparts stores you can get an assorted bag of bungee cords for cheap, great since sometimes you never know what sort of length and tension you need for holding down specific objects.

Good idea if you have the 40/20/40 fold seats. Golf bag should fit right between rear seats and still allow 2 folks in the back
