happened to my trailhawk last month, seems to be a common problem--- probably the pump for the rear window--- pumps are located on the bottom of the water tank not easy to get to, i am going to let the dealer fix mine

Check for leaks as it runs inside under the (on UK side) passenger door trims.

Otherwise as jeff1 says it could be the pump motor.

It's a single unit for front and back with a check valve. Spins one way for front and the other for rear.

Get your local garage to stick an air pipe onto the pump. Often the algae build up inside the water bottle can clog the impellor (think a small propellor) within the pump.

A blast of air can often release the algae/debris/dirt.
