I was driving tonight on 23rd street and 10th avenue when a little dirt bag child threw what seemed like a milk shake at the front of my car. Once I stopped and parked I noticed that my front bumper was missing a piece of plastic. Anyone know where I can get this fixed! Or a filler for the open space. It's the left opening see picture

I blew up that image to 500% and still can't see anything clearly. Still, I fail to see how a milkshake thrown at the car would cause a piece of plastic to fall off the bumper.

I wish I caught that scum bag. No I was going about 40MPH and the cup he threw was one of those re-usable hard plastic cups you can buy at Starbucks etc. the remaining particles of the cup where visible to once I stopped and looked in the street for my piece.
