Hi all,

I use to have a 1999 XJ so, not new to jeeps. It was a solid vehicle and my daily driver. It had 170 to 180k miles when I traded it. Currently, I'm drive a Mazda CX-5. It's a nice CUV but, I have no desire to take it off the paved roads.

I'm hoping that the Renegade will meet my needs.

1.) Be capable enough to take me, my wife and dogs to remote campsites/fishing holes/light off-roading

2.) Good MPGs to make it my daily driver.

Welcome aboard Scott! I think you might find the Renegade more than capable of meeting your needs. Would you looking at a Standard AWD model or bump up to the Trailhawk?
