Hi everyone

Ordered my Renegade Opening Edition a couple weeks back and cannot wait

The vehicle is ready at the dealers but I have been told I cannot have it due to an alarm fault and they are waiting on an update from Fiat to solve it.

Does anyone else know anything about this?

That's a bummer about the alarm fault. Did you buy the car "as seen" in the showroom, or was it a factory order?

I know quite a few dealers in the UK had an opening edition in the showroom, so I wonder if the dealer is reluctant to part with it just yet until they get a replacement Renegade to show people?

... or maybe I just have my cynical hat on today

Did you get white or orange, 4x2 or 4x4, petrol or diesel?

It was ordered but it was coming in anyway to the showroom regardless of me ordering it. I was wondering if that was the case as on the adverts it states available from 14th March!

Plus when we went to look at the renegade was on the front on show. He did however show me the email from FCA about the alarm.

I went for the OE in white 4x2 1.6 diesel. I like the Orange stitching and detail on the OE

Looking forward to picking it up

They had an email with the VIN numbers that are faulty and it wasn't their full stock. Unsure why a company as vast as FCA takes a long time to resolve to me seems a small issue!
