Jeeps are not known for gas mileage they are known for there ability to get from point A to B over difficult terrian and driving conditions which they have proven they can do better than anyone else since the ninteen forties.Hi,
I'm a happy owner of my 21 Trailhawk. Unfortunately I'm really suprised about the gas consumption... I can't go down 7.8 L/100km (29.4 mpg) in extra urban being carefully with the gas pedal. In the urban I get about 12-13.5L/100km (19.6 to 17.4mpg). Is that normal? My car has about 6 000km mileage. It's just horrible this is the only thing that disappoints me so much about this car.
My rene trailhawk 2.4 gets 29 to 33 < US gallon >on the freeways and a consistant 26 in cities. Mine is not equipped with start stop technology.
