My mirrors fold automatically on my Trailhawk 2019 when I lock it, and fold back out when I start the car.
Sometimes this stops working - usually when the software does a reset which it does every so often for some reason.
I just go into the settings on the touch screen and re-enable folding mirrors and they work again.
