Hello everyone!

First of all it's nice to meet you all and it's good to be here.

I'm a new owner of a Latitude (EU) Renegade Diesel 1,6 and a new member of this forum!

My first thread and post is a question: I read in the manual that the second trip computer (TRIP2) can be disabled.
But it doesnt say how... Generally speaking the owner's manual does seem a little insufficient...

Does anyone know how to do this?

Don't know. With my U.S.A. Trailhawk, the "B" trip computer can be reset back to mile 0, but can't be disabled.

please help this is driving me crazy!!!! How do you reset it back to zero for either trip? I tried I really did. I saw the press and hold to reset but that only resets mpg and how time but not the bottom trip.

Does it not reset whatever is on the screen at that time?

No it only resets the top part. Trip A or B stays at what it was before. Basically the odometer reading

I only had one for 24 hours but from what I remember if you are on the trip b screen and hold reset till the bar goes all the way to thee right it resets to zero.

I tried that. Maybe it's a software glitch?

That seems to be reset to zero.
Dist. mi at the top is the trip miles.
The bottom figure it total since new I think.

The bit at the bottom is the odometer, which is why it looks like the odometer reading.

The trip odometer is the dist. Line from the top part.

Don't feel bad. It's a way done different layout than my last car and I had to do some figuring out.

how do you get to that screen?
i dont know how to reset a/b trips either

Use the controls on the left front of steering wheel. The up arrow scrolls to the different screens. Once on that screen press and hold ok button till it resets

This is why cars come with owner handbooks If you didn't get one with yours, chase your supplying dealer.
