Does anyone know if the manual HVAC controls can be easily swapped to the dual zone auto controls? Obviously I would have to buy the knob unit but what else?

It's not as simple as swapping out control units and having dual zone auto. There would be vehicle build configuration conflicts. Assuming that all of the actuators and sensors are the same, which is very unlikely, you would still need auto hvac control programmed to the vehicle if it is an upgradable/addable option.

Those who have asked dealers have been told it is not possible.
