My TH order is presently JB status...which I realize is Body Vendor....but does anyone know what happens at that phase? How long before it would move on to next phase etc....

I am as well in JB status. Don't know how long till the next phase but they said it is where they put like the hood decal on from my understanding.

Me also as of 5/28. I've been following/waiting for those who went to JB several weeks before me to gauge what's happening with mine, but haven't heard/seen anything yet. So frickin excited I have a VIN though!

I am thinking they are keeping them in that status while they do software updates as well.

Ordered mine on April 6th...went into JB status May 26th

Yeah I had seen forums for other Jeep models saying about hood decal too...but figure more happens than just hood decal at this phase...as those without TH would not get this code if that was all it was


My dealer sent me the update on this past Friday (May 29)....I am hoping this shows up at some point in July.

Trust me. I don't have a Rene and I too am obsessed with that boat map. Trying to figure out which one is not that easy (if at all).
First do they transfer the completed Renegades to the port in Naples or to Salerno. According to this older thread it shows Renegades being loaded into the CSCC Tianjin. In that thread and according to the map it left Salerno and reached Baltimore. Since Salerno is closer to the Melfi plant than the Naples port. I assume all cargo ships with Renegades are leaving that port. But I don't think there is a way to know if one makes a order if there is a way to track when and to which boat it would go on.

btw, the Tianjin is currently going to Belgium now.

opps I stand corrected, it left Salerno, went to Antwerp (but I didn't check the upcoming stop thereafter) which would be Nova Scotia.

In my experience with other cars I've bought from overseas, the dealer almost never knew what ship it was on until it was within a few days of port. Usually you can make an educated guess based on the dates and publicly available information on the car hauler ships. There aren't too many of them out there, and if you know what port your car is departing from and the general date, you can usually narrow it down. There are several fleet tracking systems out there, but the good ones charge a subscription.
